v1.7 - 2026-09-17

New Features

Brand Kit — your brand's visual identity, saved once and reused — a new Brand Kit section in the sidebar where you save a brand's colors, allowed image types and visual notes. Enter your website address and the palette is pulled from it automatically, then you can adjust or add colors by hand with a picker or HEX code. You choose which image types the generator may use (photography, illustration, diagram/infographic, product graphics, screenshot/mockup, comparisons) and add free-form notes such as "red accent only, everything else black and white" or "no photos of people". Kits can be created, edited and deleted from the Brand Kit list, and a brand voice you already had is carried over into a kit automatically so nothing is lost.

Brand Kit in the Order Form — a new add-on in the order form lets you attach a saved kit to an order, or create one on the spot. The selected kit's colors and image styles are shown inline before you submit, kits generated automatically from a brand voice are flagged for review, and you're told when no article in the order has image generation enabled so the kit would not be used.

Brand Kit in Article Details — the Brand Kit badge on a finished article now opens a panel showing exactly which kit, colors and image styles were used for that piece, so it is always clear what the generator was working from.

POV / Additional notes — a new free-text field per article where you tell the generator what to pay special attention to — for example, write in the first person, emphasize cost, or add an FAQ section. The note is visible on the article details view afterwards, so you can always check what was asked for.

Improved Research — better information gap coverage — we reworked the system that performs the additional research behind every article so it covers the information gap more thoroughly. The generator now gathers a wider and better-targeted set of sources before writing, which means fewer missing angles and more complete, substantive content.

Publish Date Tied to Auto-Upload — you can now set a publish date per article directly in the order form. The field unlocks when Auto-upload is on and an integration is selected, so a scheduled date always has somewhere to publish to; the form tells you clearly when a date is required and when it's missing an integration. Articles with a future date are published to your store on that day without any further action.

Bulk Options in the Order Form — a Bulk options row above the article list, starting with "Images for all", which turns image generation on for every article in the order in one click instead of per item. Adding a new article now also carries over the settings of the previous one, so a long order no longer means repeating the same choices.

Higher Article Limit per Order — the old cap of 8 articles per order is gone; a single order now holds up to 50 articles. They're saved and dispatched in batches automatically behind the scenes, and the form shows the limit, warns when you reach it, and tells you what happens to any topics above it — they stay saved and can be sent as a follow-up order.

Clearer Order Errors — submitting an order now returns a specific, readable message instead of a generic failure: expired session, not enough credits, incomplete brand voice, missing sitemap for internal linking, a deleted brand kit, a database or network problem, and more.

Redesigned Emails — all notification emails were rebuilt with a new header, footer and layout, an updated logo and sharper icons, so they read consistently across mail clients.

Reorganized Sidebar — the menu is now grouped into Assets and Addons sections, with Brand Kit alongside your other brand assets, making it faster to find what you're looking for as the platform grows.

Reliability & Performance

A large part of this release went into the platform itself rather than into new screens. We made extensive changes under the hood to make Zeni faster, more reliable and more predictable, so the system handles bigger workloads and keeps working smoothly as you scale up your content.
